About the Assembly

A historic moment

The First Organizational Assembly of the Order of the Knights of the Holy Cross will be prepared by the Organizing Team, which is not yet a governing authority of the Order.

The Assembly will discuss the founding documents, formation and structure, and will appoint the Founding Chapter. The Founding Chapter will establish a transitional General Chapter.

The transitional General Chapter will elect the Grand Master and guide the process of canonical approval, followed by the acquisition or recognition of legal status. The venue and voting rules will be communicated to qualified participants.

Who may attend

The Assembly is open exclusively to persons who have previously expressed interest in the Order of the Knights of the Holy Cross or have been invited by the organisers.

Prerequisite: profession of Trinitarian Christianity. Church affiliation does not matter.

Discussion of the Manifest, Constitution, Rule, Code of Honour and Ecumenical Charter.

Signing of the Founding Charter
The formal act of establishing the Order by the Founders.

Formation principles
Presentation of the formation path and the Rank System.

Appointment of the Founding Chapter
Determination of its composition, mandate and responsibility for establishing the transitional General Chapter.

Time for questions, comments and proposals from participants.
